Which cloud providers do you work with?
AWS, Azure, and GCP as the main three. We've also worked on your own hardware and at the edge where cloud isn't the right answer.
Can you help with a cloud migration?
Yes, both lift and shift and rearchitecting. Our bias is to migrate incrementally with safety, not in one big bang.
Do you handle on call and incident response?
Yes, as part of a pod or BOT engagement. For individual placements it depends on the role and the client's on call practice. We don't take on call responsibilities without proper context.
How do you approach cost control?
We start with where the money is actually going. Most clouds have 20 to 40 percent spend that is traceable to specific choices made quickly and not revisited. We revisit them.
